M Consulting, LLC is a consulting firm that provides technical assistance, proposal and grant writing, and business development.  We are comprised of a team of local independent contractors with extensive experience in strategic fields of interest, such as; political, legal, real estate and community development.  We are a hard working team with strong research and writing, and public speaking skills. 

We strive to break down the barriers that exist in our communities to establish trusting relationships with individuals; build bonds between people of diverse backgrounds; and institute a sense of community through outreach. 

M Consulting assists small businesses and organizations in procuring or maintaining contracts with local governments and large corporations.  Our team assists clients with certification, bid responses, contract compliance and business plans. We respond to public agency RFP/RFQs for clients by preparing comprehensive proposals based on research and statistics relevant to the company’s industry.  We also work with local agencies, community organizations, and city management staff to develop and implement public relations campaigns, community participation and outreach plans, and communications materials for external marketing and internal development.

For our non-profit and community based organizations, M Consulting helps identify and apply for organization and program funding.  We provide program coordination, database development, and strategic planning.
