Ms. Michelle Chenault, Principal Consultant of M Consulting, LLC, has been a resident of the East Bay for over 30 years. With 15 years of business administration and management experience, she has worked in a variety of industries which has allowed her an expansive set of skills. Through employment with Davillier-Sloan, Inc., Ms. Chenault participated in the West Contra Costa Unified School District Bond Program, working specifically on the Labor Compliance and Local Capacity Building Programs (LCBP).

As the Director of College for Kids, an educational summer enrichment program, offered on the campus of Contra Costa Community College, Ms. Chenault provided outreach to local high schools and recreation centers to hire and train disadvantaged youth for summer work. She is currently the Program Manager for three Development Teams awarded federal funding to purchase, rehab, and resell foreclosed and abandoned homes through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, a federally funded program designed to mitigate the economic distress caused by the Nation’s housing crisis. On a part-time basis, she directs a non-profit, ETC Richmond, Inc., which partners with other organizations to develop and grow community gardens in disadvantaged neighborhoods.

Ms. Chenault holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Francisco State University, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from Contra Costa Community College. She is currently a Richmond Chamber of Commerce Ambassador; member of National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA); registered with the National Notary Association; former Chair of the North Richmond Municipal Advisory Council, and former Chair of North Richmond Specific Plan Ad-hoc Committee.

David has been a resident of Richmond, CA since 1991.

Sincere Design is a full service design and production facility with expertise in communications, marketing, website development, graphic design, writing, illustration, and photography.

Our collaborations with other technical and creative professionals ensure that we can cover all phases of website development, internet and traditional marketing and desktop publishing projects.

Owner and Art Director David Moore majored in painting, drawing and printmaking at the San Francisco Academy of Art and has been designing web sites since 1994. His talents are supplemented by a core group of programmers and technical experts.
